Trummed's founding team has been dedicated to the medical consumables industry since 2009. Over more than a decade in this field, one conviction has only grown stronger: trust is the only bond that truly connects us with our partners.

Trust does not appear on its own. It is built in many ways and in many places — in the quality system and execution standards of our factory, in the quality and competitiveness of our products, in the professionalism and market sensitivity of our sales team, and in a company's sense of responsibility towards its customers and to society. Only when all of these are genuinely in place can our partners at home and abroad open up their markets with confidence, and end users use our products with peace of mind.

The principle is easy to understand; living it is not. The Ming-dynasty philosopher Wang Yangming taught the unity of knowledge and action: "Knowledge is the beginning of action, and action is the completion of knowledge." Putting a standard into a document is only the beginning; putting it into every process and every product is what completes it. Trust is not something we say — it is something we build, again and again.

That understanding of trust is why we founded Trummed. We want Trummed Medical to be the medical products supplier that partners around the world can trust — and we will keep improving and innovating our products and services to honour that trust, in action.
